JOB TITLE:Sr. Quality Assurance Analyst - Cyberlife
Description:The Senior Quality Assurance Analyst is responsible for the quality implementation of project deliverables, as defined in the business specifications, on moderately complex projects to support Sammons Financial Group (SFG) member’s administration processes and systems. This position will work closely with IT Developers, Business Analysts, and Business Users to ensure timely, accurate, fully tested applications are performing as described in the Business Process Specification.
     Qualifications:• Formal education in a business or information technology related major or equivalent in work experience related to quality assurance or business analysis required • A minimum of three years of experience related to the development and execution of test cases in a quality assurance role required; business analysis and project management experience preferred • Strong mathematical aptitude and Excel skills • Strong interpersonal skills including written and verbal communication as well as presentation skills/experience required • Familiarity with Microsoft Access and Word required; mainframe and project management systems preferred • Ability to independently research, analyze and resolve problem situations using good judgment and sound decision making

JOB TITLE:Communications & Marketing Analyst
Description:Responsible for supporting marketing, communications, analysis and administrative needs of Life division executive management team. Primary communications and marketing responsibilities include creating executive level presentations, developing internal and external executive communications/memorandums, and collaborating with the marketing communications team to develop other marketing as requested. Analytical and administrative responsibilities include creating monthly PMO reports, creating ad hoc reporting/analysis and other analyses when necessary to support initiatives and communications.

JOB TITLE:Sr. Contracts Analyst
Description:Draft, file and submit fixed and variable life (including index life) products to State Insurance Departments to support product development and product initiatives. In addition, perform in-depth Advertising Reviews for associated life insurance products. Ensure products and advertising conform to state regulations. Other accountabilities include the review and communication to internal business units on new or revised legislation and implementation of that information, as needed. Serve as an internal resource on regulatory and product related issues and as a liaison to state insurance departments.
     Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience; FLMI preferred • 5-7 years related experience • Analytical abilities similar to those of a paralegal with two or more years experience in reading and interpreting laws and regulations • Working knowledge of life insurance products • Prior advertising review experience • Familiarity with SERFF state filing submission program • Ability to build key relationships with regulatory personnel as well as industry contacts, business partners, and internal associates

JOB TITLE:Programmer Analyst
Description:The Programmer Analyst’s role is to write, code, test, and analyze software programs and applications. This includes researching, designing, documenting, and modifying software applications throughout the production life cycle. The Programmer will also analyze and amend software errors in a timely and accurate fashion and provide status reports where required.

Description:The Application Architect’s role is to strategically design and implement applications that support core organizational functions, and assure their high availability. This position will participate in all phase of development for highly complex system modifications. In addition, they will review all modifications to the assigned system to ensure they meet development and application standards.
     Qualifications:• 4 year degree in the field of Computer Science plus a minimum of 12 years IT development experience or equivalent • In-depth knowledge of Life Insurance products, with emphasis in Universal Life, Variable Life and Index Universal Life processing within Cyberlife • Extensive knowledge of the Cyberlife system including New Business and Policy Administration, Cyberlife browser knowledge is a plus • Ability to develop detailed technical designs for the Cyberlife system for new development activities

JOB TITLE:IT Manager - Cyberlife
Description:Provide management to IT development team in the support of applications in areas of the new development and implementation, support of automation initiatives, and production support and maintenance. Must have experience developing Products with Cyberlife with a concentration of developing Universal Life, Shadow account products, and Indexed Universal Life products.

Description:The Lead Systems Analyst role is to define, develop, and implement systems and programs at all levels of complexity. This position provides the highest level of customer service to users and serves as an internal consultant to the IT staff and the user community. Provides consultation to departmental managers on procedures and the technical environment to produce efficiencies and productivity gains.
